explore is a multimedia organization that documents leaders around the world who have devoted their lives to extraordinary causes. The explore library includes over 250 original films and 30,000 photographs, covering a range of topics, but with a particular interest in the environment. explore also makes awards through the Annenbery Foundation, which so far has awarded over $15 million to over 100 non-profit organisations across the world.
Voting is now taking place in the explore Hatch Disaster Short Film Award. You can view the films and vote on them here. Each film shows a response to a specific environmental disaster and showcases an example of how individuals, communities and organisations can respond extraordinarily. Voting ends on Wednesday 15 September.
